SIZE CHANGE or RETURN
Do you want to change the size of your product?
Step 1 - Request the return by sending an email to info@independentrepublic.it with the order number and reason for the return, indicating the new size/product desired. return is accepted within 14 days of receipt. Wait for confirmation by email.
Step 2 - If confirmation is received Repack the goods and send to DMT DESIGN srl - Via Corrado Alvaro, 70 - 89832 Soriano Calabro - VV - Italy at a shipping office at your own expense.
Step 3 - As soon as we receive the goods, a new order will be created with the desired size at no cost. NB: We remind you that the item must be in the same condition in which it was shipped.
RICE FOR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.
The customer can exercise the right only within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be sent to the address: DMT Design srl - Via Corrado Alvaro, 70 - 89831 Soriano Calabro (VV) at your own expense by courier / private post office / Italian post office. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order within 14 working days, provided that the goods received are intact, with original packaging and tags, therefore not depreciated. Shipping costs are excluded from the refund, furthermore the return shipping costs are charged to the customer.
