DEFECTIVE or WRONG GOODS

Send an email with subject "DEFECTIVE ARTICLE ORDER NO. XXXX" at the address info@independentrepublic.it

The products on which problems have been found must be specified in the e-mail, attaching a photo of the detail.

We will send a new product without defects within 48 hours.

Shipping costs are paid by the Independent Republic.

 

SIZE CHANGE

Do you want to change the size of your product?

The return for size change can be requested within 14 days of receipt of the order (as per current regulations)

Step 1

Send an email with subject: "RETURN FOR EXCHANGE SIZE ORDER XXXX"

at the address info@independentrepublic.it

The e-mail must specify the products you want to change and the new desired size.

Step 2

The goods must be sent to the address: Independent Republic - Via Corrado Alvaro, 70 - 89831 Soriano Calabro (VV) at their own expense at a courier / private post / Italian post office.

Step 3

We receive the product to be exchanged, check the status and send you the new order with the desired product by email.

Important: The shipment of the new size will be subject to a fee, equal to the amount of the shipment for your country of the first order.

It will not be paid if you took advantage of free shipping in the first order.

IMPORTANT: each return must be communicated via email before being shipped, and customer service must confirm.

Any return received without any communication will not be processed, and the package will be rejected by the logistics office.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer can exercise the right only within 14 days from receipt of the goods.

The goods must be sent to the address: Independent Republic - Via Corrado Alvaro, 70 - 89831 Soriano Calabro (VV) at your own expense to a courier / private post / Italian post office.

The refund will be made on the same payment method of the order itself within 14 working days, provided that the goods received are intact, with original packaging and tags, therefore not depreciated.

The sshipping costs are excluded from the reimbursement, furthermore the new return costs are charged to the customer.

The "Mask" products cannot be returned or replaced, for hygienic and safety reasons.
